Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will oversee staff, manage service requests, and ensure safety standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain property value. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required for on-site work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and repair needs.
• Maintain inventory, manage supplies within budget, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and participate in on-call emergencies.
