Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community. You will oversee staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering superior resident service.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, planning preventative maintenance, and assisting in on-call emergencies. The role requires EPA/CPO certification and OSHA knowledge, with HVAC preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate staff, vendors, and inspections daily.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff and on-site activities.
• Ensure timely work order completion and quality standards.
• Support community manager and participate in on-call emergencies.
