Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property. You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while managing the maintenance budget and keeping residents satisfied.

Responsibilities include coordinating service requests, supervising the maintenance team, performing repairs, and ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-readies.
• Track service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly according to policy.
• Perform repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, flooring, carpentry.
• Conduct proactive maintenance including painting and lighting.
• Manage work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
