Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations with field staff in the Chicago territory.
• Plan and organize service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials.
• Provide field training and safety education to technicians.
• Improve efficiency by optimizing routes and callbacks.
• Provide technical support to field staff and coordinate with experts as needed.
• Authorize repair orders and track completion.
• Drive change to improve efficiency and communication across teams.
