Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to lead service and repair field operations across the Midwest. You will provide direction, training, and leadership to a team, ensure resource allocation, and resolve critical customer issues.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in elevator industry, with management experience, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft tools. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry experience.
• Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to service and repair colleagues.
• Responsible for the quality of all service and repair field operations for the Midwest region; ensure proper resources.
