You will manage multiple projects, enforce EH&S policies, and mentor technicians while traveling 75–85% to customer sites. Otis offers a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and working with field level associates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to set expectations with customers.
• Leadership experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge and enforcement of EH&S policies and processes.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience or leading technicians; management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance to estimate in branch offices.
• Ensure adherence to the Sales Installation Process (SIP).
• Ensure branches comply with CPM17 and GS110 policies.
• Provide technical direction to field operations staff on large bids.
• Oversee the quality of all new installations in the designated territory.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues with Otis and non-Otis products.
• Report and present recommendations for product designs and performance requirements.
• Maintain safety culture through daily practices and training.
