Job summary

Asset Living is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily community. The role includes managing service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision, ensuring safety standards, and high-quality resident service.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Community Manager, maintain records, and supervise on-site staff and vendors. EPA/OSHA knowledge and HVAC familiarity are preferred, with a strong focus on compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management, supervision, and customer service skills.
• Ability to onboard and supervise maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety and liability issues.
• Order supplies and manage inventory within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and make-ready inspections.
• Provide direction to maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
