Responsibilities include supervising repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, plus on-call coverage and emergency response. A strong lead-orientated approach and budget awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit make-readies with the team.
• Review progress, identify chronic issues, and track work orders.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety, budget, and risk management standards.
