Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at our on-site property. You will ensure timely service requests, unit turns, and adherence to safety standards while mentoring the maintenance team.

You will also monitor costs, stay compliant with company policies, and coordinate with property leadership to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities
