Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the property meets company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising the maintenance team, coordinating service requests, and driving timely, quality turnarounds on units.

Responsibilities include completing repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other systems while promoting safety, budget compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all regulations.
• Review and track service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Manage safety programs and incident response with the property manager.
