Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage the shop work plan. The role requires leadership in planning and communicating with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service.

The position emphasizes dependable attendance, safety adherence (DOT/OSHA), and willingness to travel as needed. Work hours are Monday–Friday, with a shift from 11:30am to 8pm, at the Wichita, KS location.

Formación

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans balancing customer needs, repairs, parts, and technician skills to maximize productivity.
• Communicate maintenance updates to customers and address scheduling, billing, or service issues.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts availability for scheduled work.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage outside work and timelines.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as needed.
• Perform other projects as assigned by supervisor.
