Qualifications

• Associates/Technical/Bachelors degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.
• Must follow Penske policies, safety rules, and DOT/OSHA guidelines.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
• Communicate maintenance updates and address billing or service issues with customers.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
• Coordinate with vendors for outside work and ensure on-time completion.
• Provide customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
