Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Technical/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to follow Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
• Communicate with customers about maintenance updates and scheduling changes.
• Ensure Penske rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Verify parts availability for scheduled work and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks to support invoicing and service records.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan and schedule.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
