Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property under supervision. You will handle routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, support in make-ready work, and ensure common areas are clean and safe.

Regular onsite attendance is required and you will interact with residents to ensure excellent service. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform on-call maintenance during emergencies at the community.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
