Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across the property. You will assist with cleaning, upkeep, and making units ready, while following safety guidelines and policies under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance and a responsive approach to resident needs are essential. Applicant should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property and make-ready processes.
