Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance processes of a property, performing routine and preventive tasks under supervision. The role focuses on upkeep of grounds, common areas, and timely repairs to ensure safety and quality of living for residents.

The Porter will work onsite, participate in on-call emergencies, and support maintenance supervision with daily tasks while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Operate tools and equipment safely per OSHA guidelines.
• Support on-call emergency responses at the community.
