Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and direct the daily operations of maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify, plan, and complete center-wide projects.
• Maintain optimal inventory and supply levels for the department.
• Perform common-area maintenance, including inspecting attractions and servicing HVAC, plumbing, water features, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate marketing event setups.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and air quality regulations, including inspections and documentation for safety systems.
