Irvine Company Retail Properties (a division of Irvine Company) is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance technicians and third-party vendors, ensuring center-wide standards and safety.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, distributing work orders, managing inventory, and directing common-area maintenance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role ensures regulatory and environmental compliance, conducts routine safety meetings, and upholds overall property presentation and standards.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Base Pay Range: $27.26 - $35.10
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
