Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Irvine, CA to maintain and enhance our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and high-quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other maintenance areas.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and general maintenance tasks; complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready; perform turnkey work as needed.
