Irvine Company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Irvine, CA to oversee daily maintenance operations across the site. You will manage technicians, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure high standards for safety, environmental compliance, and center presentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, work-order management, inventory control, and coordinating with vendors for on-site projects and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to manage schedules and direct daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and direct the daily operations of maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to plan and complete center-wide projects.
• Maintain optimal inventory and supplies for the department.
• Perform common-area maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, water features, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate marketing event setups.
• Ensure environmental compliance and air quality inspections and documentation for safety systems.
• Lead monthly departmental safety meetings.
• Oversee third-party vendor operations on-site.
• Ensure presentation and operational standards are met.
• Create, assign, and manage work order requests.
