Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Prior experience in customer service or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests and vendor scheduling.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with residents and vendors.
• Create work orders and track progress and budget variances.
• Assist in on-site emergencies and provide in-person support.
• Communicate with residents and onsite team to confirm work status and gather feedback.
