Job summary

Essex Property Trust is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support maintenance operations across properties in the Bellevue area. You will prioritize service requests, coordinate vendor schedules, and assist with inspections and project support.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work onsite, with some virtual communication as needed. A five-day workweek and onsite presence are typical.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate with residents, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize service requests using SightPlan.
• Schedule inspections and manage vendor services and turnovers.
• Create purchase orders and track related work orders.
• Coordinate access for projects and communicate progress to residents.
• Assist with budget tracking and procurement; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide in-person support and cover onsite when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
