Qualifications

• 2+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience.
• OSHA experience or knowledge.
• CAPEX understanding for assets and upgrades.
• Ability to organize, oversee and manage teams or projects.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Experience driving safety and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex tasks in Production Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
• Manage department budget and resources; oversee capital project execution.
• Oversee advanced production equipment repair and maintenance processes.
• Provide coaching and feedback for team and support development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical production line problems.
• Interpret equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to boost productivity and reduce rejections.
• Guide associates on best practice techniques to ensure standards are met.
