Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Product Equipment Repair & Maintenence Coordinator to lead maintenance coordination across the organization. You will manage CMMS planning, scheduling, and tracking of work orders, while coordinating with production operations and support teams to optimize reliability.

The role requires hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to produce reliable reports on PM compliance and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS to plan, schedule, track, and complete work orders.
• Ability to review job history, estimate manpower, materials, safety, and costs.
• Proven supervisory experience managing employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Convert work requests to active work orders and communicate cancellations.
• Plan and scope maintenance jobs, review history, and list tasks and costs.
• Schedule work orders with supervisors, assign crews, and coordinate materials.
