Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Product Equipment Repair & Maintenence Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN to lead maintenance planning and CMMS-driven work orders. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating with operations, and driving reliability improvements across maintenance activities.

You will develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, track performance indicators, and support a broad CMMS user group. Strong supervision and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–4 years in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Convert work requests to active work orders and communicate status.
Plan work orders: scope, history, tasks, manpower, materials, safety, specs, costs.
Schedule work orders with priorities and PM/shutdown alignment.
Provide daily/weekly plans and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track PMs, assets, and maintenance metrics; identify reliability improvements.
Coordinate PM schedules and parts availability; support PM audits.
