Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee production equipment repair and maintenance in our New York plant. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance to improve safety, quality and efficiency in the production line.

This leadership role requires strong planning, CAPEX oversight, and ability to interpret equipment data to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership of maintenance teams and projects
• Experience with predictive maintenance (PdM)
• Knowledge of CAPEX budgeting and tracking
• Ability to plan and execute maintenance strategies
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance concepts
• Budgeting and cost control for maintenance departments
• Coaching and developing technical staff
• OSHA experience and safety adherence

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of production equipment repair to execute complex tasks.
• Manage department budget and oversee capital project execution.
• Oversee maintenance processes to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Coach and develop team, guiding technical people planning.
• Troubleshoot production line problems and implement solutions.
• Interpret equipment data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to boost productivity and reduce rejects.
• Ensure area processes meet organizational standards of excellence.
