Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to drive maintenance programs, improve asset uptime, and lead a facilities team on site in Florida. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment lifecycle, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations or maintenance, with 2+ years in supervision, and a background in engineering or maintenance disciplines. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (engineering or maintenance discipline).
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated through completion of a major improvement project.
5+ years of operations or maintenance experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required.
Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated success in a results oriented, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with lockout/tagout procedures, regulatory requirements, and site safety standards; elevate and address safety risks promptly and consistently.
Maintenance & Reliability Leadership: Own the full equipment lifecycle, including preventive and predictive maintenance, down day planning, overhauls, and rebuild execution; use diagnostic tools to identify issues and prevent failures; lead and coach teams in root cause analysis; implement reliability strategies.
Team & Line Partnership: Support the Plant Line Pair structure and promote team and line ownership; coordinate with Maintenance Technicians and line leads to drive improvements; gather feedback to optimize asset management and reliability plans.
Execution & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate reliability activities to ensure timely execution; utilize 5S and visual factory concepts to improve asset utilisation; develop the maintenance team; lead change with minimal disruption; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues; motivate team members to meet goals.
Work Environment Expectations: Regular presence on the plant floor; able to lift up to 40 lbs; occasional forklift operation; variable weather conditions.
