Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Product Equipment Repair & Maintenence Coordinator to spearhead maintenance coordination across teams, using CMMS to plan, schedule, and evaluate work orders through completion. You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance routines, manage the CMMS hierarchy, and serve as the communication link between the business unit and support functions.

• Proven supervisory experience with leading employees and managing contractor activities.
• Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge for maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance PM schedules and track progress against plans.
• Plan and schedule work orders, estimate manpower, materials, and costs.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and generate reports on KPIs.
