You will drive equipment reliability, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime. Responsibilities include ownership of the full equipment lifecycle, coaching teams, applying diagnostic tools, and fostering a culture of 5S, safety, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or maintenance.
• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full equipment lifecycle, including preventive and predictive maintenance, down‑day planning, overhauls, and rebuilds.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and prevent failures.
• Coach teams in root‑cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
• Implement reliability strategies to improve performance and asset life.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues and support plant performance.
