Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to drive the reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing lines. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate down days, and lead a team within the facilities department to improve asset performance and uptime.

You will mentor the maintenance team, apply reliability strategies, and collaborate with plant leadership to meet safety and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience
• Understanding of PLC programming
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated success in a results oriented, fast paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities comply with lockout/tagout procedures, regulatory requirements, and site safety standards.
• Maintenance & Reliability Leadership: Own equipment lifecycle, preventive/predictive maintenance, down day planning, overhauls and rebuilds; use diagnostic tools; lead root-cause analysis; implement reliability strategies.
• Team & Line Partnership: Support Plant Line Pair structure; coordinate with Technicians and line leads; develop asset management plans.
• Execution & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate reliability activities; apply 5S and visual factory concepts; lead change with minimal impact; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Work Environment: Regular floor presence; lift up to 40 lbs; operate forklifts or equipment; varying weather conditions.
