Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leadership role responsible for the repair and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role may mentor associates and oversees capital projects to optimize plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have CAPEX experience, cost management skills, and deep knowledge of OSHA standards, driving improvements across production lines and facilities. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Leadership experience.
• CAPEX budgeting and asset management knowledge.
• Managerial ability to organize and oversee a team or project.
• Planning and execution of detailed maintenance tasks and projects.
• Experience with cleaning, upkeep, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex tasks in Production Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
• Manage department budget and capital project execution within the plant.
• Oversee advanced production equipment repair and maintenance processes.
• Provide coaching and feedback for team members and succession planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical production line problems.
• Interpret performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting for production line challenges to boost productivity.
• Guide associates on best practices to meet standards of excellence.
