Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Lead to own PM systems for production lines, eliminating losses and building team capability to hit line targets. You will support Reliability and Execution teams to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient production.

The role requires maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, and optimizing maintenance processes to drive reliability across the line. Weekend work may be required as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Monday - Friday with weekend work possible; 1st shift is 6 am–2 pm.

Responsibilities

• Follows guidelines to complete tasks within Reliability/Execution area.
• Facilitates maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Documents operational control standards and testing equipment to engineering specs.
• Contributes to moderately complex projects and processes.
