Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds, and common areas to Greystar standards. You will diagnose and repair issues on resident units and common spaces, perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and follow safety policies.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent, tools, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose defects; perform repairs per safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units; coordinate vendors and schedule inspections.
• Inspect work by contractors and ensure quality per policy and budget.
