Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of the community's buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, perform make-readies for vacancies, and ensure repairs meet Greystar safety and quality standards.

Required: high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal HVAC certifications, and own hand tools. Excellent customer service and written/spoken communication are essential, plus collaboration with the Community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related maintenance experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and common areas to uphold Greystar standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies within budgetary guidelines.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance per policy.
• Assist Community Manager with budget for repairs and capital projects.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
