Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the community’s buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready readiness for new move-ins.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in property maintenance, and tool proficiency. You will work on-site, with opportunities to contribute to preventative maintenance programs and cost-saving initiatives.

• Oversee make-ready process and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and common areas for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
