Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking an organized Maintenance Technician to preserve the community’s integrity and appearance. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance across facilities, grounds, and utility systems, while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, completing daily checklists, and reporting on safety, repairs, and upkeep to maintain a top-quality living environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient use of hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well-maintained living environment.
• Pick up trash and debris observed on the property during daily duties.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and manage daily work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping to community standards (mowing, weeding).
• Inspect, clean and repair facilities and amenities (clubhouse, pools, courts, maintenance garage).
