Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep and repair operations across our communities. You will lead a team, schedule work orders, and ensure all facilities meet safety and quality standards to keep residents and guests comfortable and safe.

You should have at least 3 years in maintenance, strong leadership, and hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general facility management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a general maintenance role, preferably in campground, resort, or residential housing.
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Superior customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance in a residential community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of all physical structures, meet safety standards, and ensure a well-maintained living environment for community members, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure the community meets curb appeal standards by daily inspections.
• Anticipate, identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Plan and distribute daily work orders to maintenance staff.
• Lead ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans and assist with quarterly inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment; manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Address maintenance concerns swiftly and uphold quality expectations.
• Report safety issues and unusual circumstances; train staff on procedures and safety.
