Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent losses.
• Maintain optimal stock levels with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and ensure tires in stock.
• Coordinate warranty items with warranty department.
• Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly.
