Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service and to minimize inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts and coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; ensure timely PartsNet updates; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory; maintain tires in proper quantities.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and handle returns with warranty dept.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Perform process analyses on inventory, maintenance profitability, and related areas.
