Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity for timely service and minimize inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts via sourcing procedures with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet; conduct frequent cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock; ensure availability by specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and coordinate with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive; manage vendor relations.
