• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Able to learn quickly and work on collaborative projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent losses.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and track parts with timely PartsNet updates and cycle counts.
• Assist with battery and tire inventory, ensure availability and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Support scheduling of repairs with Customer Service Coordinator.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately with vendor support.
