Job summary

Primary duties include inventory oversight, parts ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering, cycle counts, and coordination with warranty and service teams. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Proactive, agile learner who enjoys collaboration and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and minimize losses.
• Order parts and manage receipt/storage with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure defect-free, on-time deliveries.
• Update PartsNet timely; conduct frequent cycle counts and maintain availability of parts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory and ensure correct quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with the warranty department.
• Work with the Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
