Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory, ordering and administrative processes. You will ensure timely service support, protect profitability, and coordinate with warranty and customer service teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in customer service/operations, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Daily schedule from early morning with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support service, profitability and minimize losses.
• Order parts with Centralized Parts Ordering to maintain optimal levels and ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; perform regular inventory cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories with correct quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items with the warranty department.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed accurately.
• Utilize ServiceNet or AS400 for process analytics and problem solving.
• Support the branch financial manager to improve performance and profitability.
