Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Sacramento is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and branch profitability. You will oversee parts inventory, coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering, track warranty items, and partner with the Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive.

This role requires strong Excel/Word skills, reliable attendance, and willingness to travel as needed;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure updates in PartsNet; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; perform frequent cycle counts and shelf organization.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and returns are processed with the warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Provide guidance to support branch profitability.
