Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• At least 2 years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service/parts department is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support and minimize losses.
• Order parts per sourcing procedures with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive and store parts, update PartsNet, and perform cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory; ensure tires are stocked correctly.
• Ship warranty items on time and handle returns with warranty team.
• Coordinate repairs with Customer Service Coordinator as parts arrive.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
