Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• 2+ years in customer service and operations
• Experience in service/parts department preferred
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability
• Order parts with centralized procedures and ensure on-time, defect-free delivery
• Receive and store parts, perform cycle counts, update systems
• Manage battery and tire inventory and warranty items
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts are available
• Ensure vendor payments are processed accurately
