Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts departments preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent loss.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure availability.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and returns tracked.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager and participate in projects.
