The role supports the branch with parts ordering, cycle counts, warranty handling, and coordination with service teams to schedule repairs as parts become available. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• 2 years in service and parts department preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory productivity: oversee branch inventory to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Process analytics: analyze inventory, profitability, cycle counts, and RO reviews; propose solutions.
• Other: support Branch Financial Manager and assist with projects and tasks.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to understand operations and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts are available.
