Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile learner and collaborative worker.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Willingness to travel and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and track parts; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tire stock according to specs.
• Process warranty items and follow up with warranty department.
• Coordinate repairs with Customer Service Coordinator as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly.
• Perform process analyses on inventory, maintenance profitability, and warranty campaigns.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operations and drive improvements.
• Support the branch financial manager with performance insights.
