• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the team.
• Competent written and verbal communication abilities.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations roles.
• Experience in service/parts department preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Regular attendance and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branch(es) ensuring timely service support.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories and warranty-related items.
• Coordinate repairs scheduling with parts availability and customer service.
• Ensure payments processing with vendor support accountability.
